What information do we collect about you
When you access the Sambamba website, we do not collect any personal identifying information without your knowledge. We do collect information about you when you or your organisation enquire about our services or enter into a contract with us for coaching or consulting services (Our Services) and we will retain details relating to the services you receive from us.
How do we use your information
We will use information about you to enable us to carrying out our services. We will retain your personal details, including contracts, invoices and any coaching notes, for up to a period of 6 years, in order to comply with any legal obligations or deal with any disputes that may arise within this period. We will not disclose your personal data unless required to do so by law, or with your explicit consent. Wherever possible we will discuss any disclosure with you in advance. We will never pass on your information to a third party for marketing purposes. We may use your information to provide you with details about other services that we offer that we think may be of interest to you.
Access to your personal information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information Sambamba holds about you. If you would like a copy, please email us on coaching@sambamba.co.uk If your personal details change, or it comes to your attention that the information we hold about you is inaccurate, please let us know and we will make the appropriate corrections.
Where we store your personal information
The information you provide to us is stored in our emails or in documents which are password protected. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website and any transmission is therefore at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
