TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to the person (‘you’) buying services from Sambamba Consulting and Coaching (‘we’ or ‘us’) Please read them carefully before you commit to paying for any services as described on our website.
INTERPRETATION
“Our Services”: coaching or consulting services provided by Sambamba Consulting and Coaching
“Fee”: the fee payable by you to us for our coaching or consulting services
“We” or “us”: Sambamba Consulting and Coaching
“You”: the person buying services from Sambamba Consulting and Coaching
ACCEPTANCE
By completing and signing the relevant contract sent to you for the engagement of our services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in that document and they will form a binding contract between you and us. Where you are a company, you will ensure your employees, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors and any other person benefiting from our services on your behalf shall comply with these terms and conditions.
PAYMENT
In consideration for us providing our services you will pay the fee. The fee must be paid in full by the date set out on the invoice. If payment is not received within 3 working days of the date set out on the invoice, the service(s) will be cancelled and the payment of any refund for any fees paid in part or in whole will be at our complete discretion.
AMENDMENTS
Any date or time amendments to agreed services delivered by us to you must be confirmed in writing (which includes email or other electronic messaging) as soon as is reasonably practicable and with at least 2 working days’ notice if possible and we will re-arrange. Any re-arranged services must be booked within 4 weeks of the original cancelled date. If the service is not re-arranged within 4 weeks, then the fee will remain payable in full and no refunds will be given.
CANCELLATION
In the unfortunate circumstance that we or you have to cancel services for any reason, this shall be communicated in writing (which includes email or other electronic messaging) as soon as reasonably practicable and we will look to re-arrange the service within 4 weeks of the original cancelled Service. If we cannot re-arrange the service within 4 weeks, you can request a refund of the fee for the cancelled service. Such refund will be made within 21 days. Alternatively, if you wish to re-arrange the service outside of the 4 weeks, we will seek a new date for the service with you.

As with any service, your results may vary, and will be based on various factors, which may include your individual capacity, experience, level of desire, the actions taken or not taken and your commitment to achieving your result. You acknowledge and agree that our services are by no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy and consulting and coaching results are not guaranteed. You choose to use our services with the full understanding that you are responsible for creating your own results. Any testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, which do not apply to everyone, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that everyone will achieve the same or similar results. Sambamba Consulting and Coaching is not liable should you deem your results to be unsuccessful.
